Andrew David McCallister was the 7th child of William and Jane. Andrew David married Elizabeth (Betty) Stevens Duncan (January 31, 1838 - Aug, 1913) on October 30, 1852. She was age 14 when they were wed.
They had nine children : Erastus Newton, John Madison, William Jasper, Idella Jane, George Washington, Mary Ann, Calvin Albert, Kathryn (Kitty), and Andrew Harrison.

Erastus Newton (January 3, 1854 - November 19, 1865) died of typhoid fever when he was about 12 years old. He is buried in the McCallister/Needham Cemetery, Jerry's Run Road.

Kathryn (Kitty) (1868 - March 17, 1945) married Joseph (Joe) Fowler (18? - deceased) on December 3, 1890 in Gallipolis, Ohio. They had 2 sons, Gene (? - deceased) and Carl (? - deceased). Their families live in Nitro, WestVirginia.
Carl married Anna L. Martin (? - deceased). They had 3 children, Joseph L. (? - ?), Freeman "Giggs" (? - ?) and Elizabeth (? - ?). All 3 of them became married & had children.
Gene married Ruby Trevillian (? - deceased). They had a daughter Phyllis (19? - June 3, 2003).
Phyllis married William Crede (Crede) McCallister who is one of the McCallisters from Teays Valley in Lincoln County, WV. Granted, she married back into the McCallisters, but Phyllis & Crede were 7 generations apart, i.e., their common denominator was James McCallister & Mary McGloughlin who came over to America from Ireland. They had two sons, William "Bill" (19? - ?) and "Toby" (19? - ?). "Bill" McCallister and wife Helen live in Petersburg, Virginia. "Bill"s three step children, Michael, Becky, & Teresa, live in Petersburg. Those 3 step grandchildren of Phyllis' outlived her.
"Toby" and wife Linda reside in Nitro, WVa. They have two children, Ryan & Sara, who were grandchildren to Phyllis. At the time she passed away both of them are in college at Marshall University in Huntington, WV.
